ChatGPT has replaced back of the envelope calculations for me. I also find it pretty useful for introducing new topics, since you can ask for a list of reliable sources and the results will be quite good, often better than going on Wikipedia and looking at their references. Sometimes I ask for it to debug my code or discuss possible ways to implement something and AI is pretty much beyond improvement for that purpose, imo. I've tried roleplaying (with ChatGPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, the latter getting me the best results) but it doesn't come close to a human partner.

Dort geht das mithilfe der Aufschnittmaschine superschnell und mit höchster Präzision vonstatten. Schritt 2 Das Fleisch mit etwas Küchenkrepp trockentupfen. Danach werden die Streifen von beiden Seiten gepfeffert und in dem Mehl gewendet. Schritt 3 Um die leckere Soße für das Rezept vorzubereiten, werden Mirin, Sake, Sojasauce, Zucker und der Saft vom Ingwer miteinander vermischt. Schritt 4 Nun kann das Öl in einer Pfanne erhitzt werden. Es ist heiß genug, wenn sich an einem Holzstäbchen, das in das Öl gehalten wird, kleine Blasen bilden. Das Fleisch wird in das Öl hineingegeben und scharf angebraten. Sobald es knusprig genug ist, kommt die Soße in die Pfanne, um es abzulöschen. Schritt 5 Danach lässt man alles zusammen noch ein paar Minuten in der Pfanne bei mittlerer Hitze köcheln. Nun ist das Gericht fertig und die Pfanne kann vom Herd genommen werden. Beilage zubereiten Als Beilage zu diesem Rezept wird traditionell Reis gereicht. Er kann in einem Reiskocher in kurzer Zeit zubereitet werden. Ansonsten geht Quellreis sehr schnell und einfach zu kochen: 1 Tasse Reis wird mit 1,5 Tassen Wasser und einer Prise Salz angesetzt und kurz aufgekocht. Danach wird der Reis ca. 10 Minuten bei kleiner Temperatur und geschlossenem Topfdeckel weitergekocht. Bei abgeschaltetem Herd noch etwas ziehen lassen und fertig ist die Beilage.
