42yo Bernd here. I've been to KC in 2007. Yes, we're old now. However KC-style image boards will be a constant of our time now, similar to IRC, I just decided to never leave. A lot of Bernds have left image boards altogether, yet a lot of them are unaware KC is "back", at least in some shape or form. We'll have to deal with the fact, that many Bernds will never find the way back in here. Also, I'm married and have two kids now. I'm still a Bernd, just one that found a compatible mate, as many Bernds did, I'd imagine.

KhC is garbage, though, overtime it just became even worse. If this place doesn't get shut down, maybe I'll get back into my old KC tier ways and manage serious discussions and assburgers subjects as my old self was fond of. Or maybe I'll just quit eventually. There's room for that as well. KC the way that it was will never return and that's just something we're going to have to live with, even though I like this place, it's not KC tier enough as of so far. We need to increase the dial on assburgers, which is something we can manage, but the ebin memes and ylilauta posters will never return. KC was the golden age of internet with assburger KC tierness and ebin memes, the only thing we can hope for on this site is KC tier assburgers, the ebin spurdos as it were does not exist anymore. Ebinness was completely out of our control and we were just flooded with spurdos against our will. But it was a good balance, in my opinion.

Keinbernd doesn't mean "not a Bernd", it means someone with a loving partner or lots of promiscuous relationships. I just think those topics aren't appropriate for KC. If enough people disagree, /bus/ might be an appropriate containment board for such topics.

35 married no kids, not autistic or high IQ enough for KC not social enough for irl. I found KC from 4chon.net around 2011 after 4kanker/new/ died. I liked that KC had a bigger range of opinions and lots of Europeans talking about how their countries are and fairly diverse topics. I stopped browsing when I got an intense job with long hours around 2018 or so and had no idea KC had died. I found kohl at some point which was ok but still not the same.

I'm 40, Kohl became insufferable to me after 2020, never liked Habsgelesen either and 4kanal is just a bunch of kids now so I mostly returned to classical forums that focus on my RL hobbies. No gf since 20 years, no wife. I'm just here because stumbling over a Funpark Bernd video made me nostalgic.

35, dropped off of image boards around 2017 in an attempt to turn my life around, which worked surprisingly well. Posted on Habsgelesen for a bit, but all the fun subs got banned. Found Kohl around 2022, but only lurking occasionally. It's been getting increasingly worse and slower.

I was on 4chong a bit from 2006-09, but never a regular poster. I've spent time on KhC - which is a very weird imageboard. There are brief moments and select threads where it's decent (I remember even a brief period during fall of last year). But the pedos/poltards/retards make it mostly insufferable. Anywho, glad to see this place.
