Alakazam has a shit def, so I'd go with a physical attacker. Sadly, Tyranitar is too slow and probably won't survive a psychic. Pikachu is plain shit, so I won't even consider it. Mamoswine is a great physical attacker without a weakness to Alakazam, but I'm not sure if it's 60 spdef are enough to tank a psychic. 110HP probably helps.

All three are poor choices if Tyranitar is leveled with a substitute and focus blast. Pikachu may be the only valid choice in terms of a safe move set to ensure Alakazam is cleared if it has an extreme speed and knock off. Otherwise I'd use mamoswine with knock off and ice shard. Tyranitar is a great pokemon but almost always fails due to his slow speed and double weakness.

I just pick what pokemons look cool.
