also for me much bigger issue is shoes and socks. sometimes i go out in newly bought socks that i put on for the first time ever and when i come back in the evening and take off my shoes there are holes in the socks. and then in a couple months the shoes fall apart too

Jeans went to ans shit once they added spandex to the fabric. It makes them more comfortable but also way less durable. They always get holes in the crotch after ans years.

You can wear skirts, if you want. They are cheaper.

The cut is a little wide. So it is not really fashionable but super comfortable. My oldest pair is 6 years old and getting a nice worn look to it and it is still going strong.
