il Bernd 2025-10-12 14:12:47 No. 15568
I don't get Bernd, who is the target demographic of this ad? Are you telling me that a non white man like this (Syrian or even Somali ancestry), will consider using an online dating platform just because he can also donate blood with it? Or this is some 9th dimensional chess data collection project where they actually do a genetic analysis of the donated blood and pair people by the result?
Weird, well I don't intend to date or donate blood anyway. I'm not even an organ doner on my drivers license.
It's not that deep, man. It's an advertisement for a blood donation center. The message is >You can do your tinder swiping on a chair in our center while we take your blood As in >Donating blood takes very little time and you can do your meaningless everyday phone activities while doing so. Nothing about ancestry or ads for a dating platform, check out haema.de Also, are ads that strongly race-coded in Israel? As in if you don't think you have the exact same ancestry as the stock photo model in an ad, you're not the target audience?
>>15568 Honestly I would have chosen Asians as a target audience, they are super obsessed with matching blood types. Other than that, I think they pick every straw to get people to donate blood. I won't ever do it, I'm creeped out by that shit. I even faint when I get vaccinated or give a blood sample. I can go to the doctor, full confidence, but still be like "Guys I don't look like it, but if you give me a needle I collapse."
>>15577 Ah, so I misread, I thought they were offering an online dating platform for blood donors.
Do you roam German Google Street View of random cities in your free time?
>>15613 A somewhat free translation that tries to get the point across would be >Online dating in our clinic saves lives. Donate life-saving blood plasma while finding your match. The "bei uns" part could also be interpreted as "online dating on our platform", even in German, so don't worry. I checked haema.de to be 100% sure.
>>15613 That would be insane my dude
>>15619 It makes sense for people who believe in blood type personality theory. Or even worse, imagine they are sequencing your DNA and matching you with people your offspring would have a low risk of disease with.
>>15617 Random? Understanding the erfurt-jena-leipzig urbanism/dynamic is essential for any person...
Its funny, back in the days when I was a plasma whore they didn't allow brown people to donate. Or even people who had sex with brown people in the last 6 months.
>>15623 Okay and why are really looking at this.
