If you find letters like this in your house, you know you live in a bydlo shithole commieblock. Summary for non-Germans: there is a guy who abuses and allegedly beats his wife and she is crying loudly for help everyday, but nobody knows which flat exactly the cries and noise is coming from. The person who wrote the note must be a neighbor or something, that person already called the cops multiple times, but as they don't know which flat those people live in, they couldn't do anything. Basically the letter is asking everyone who hears this and knows where it's coming from to call the cops to help the woman and her child.
>they couldn't do anything sad state of German policing I mean it can't be that hard: figure out the approx. stories where the sounds can be heard, narrow down by families with kids, go and talk to like 10-20
>>15434 I don't get it either. I myself have never heard it and I live on a low floor, but the house has like 15 floors or something.
>>15435 it could also be that they need the victim to formally turn to police
Bernd who has actually lived next to such a case of "domestic violence" for two years: It's impossible not to know which flat it is coming from. The moment it's loud enough to be heard outside the flat it's easy to locate. The guy who wrote this letter must be imagining things.
>>15460 The spelling is also very bad btw, maybe it really is a loonie
When I lived in a bydlo neighborhood I had similar settis one house over. Some mother screaming at her kid for an hour. I ended up making a point of opening my window and staring in the general direction of the noise, but I don't think it helped, probably just moved the tirades somewhere where I couldn't hear them.
>>15429 >had neighbors which were fucking strange above me >it was some bitch and a guy who kept visiting her to fuck, dunno if it was always the same guy. >whenever a door was closed, it was slammed. ALWAYS! They weren't even arguing, they just ALWAYS slammed the door. >they blew loud shitty music at 5 AM >one time they fucked, they tried to hide it with music. It was so incredibly loud, you could hear it from the 3rd floor down to the basement as if you stood right next to a speakers, it's nuts that devices that loud are allowed to be sold. I called the cops because I suspected a suicide victim that wanted to be found. They didn't come. That was my first complaint. >days after, someone broke into the two flats above me. Crooks took nothing from one flat, but stole all the shit including the music equipment from my annoying neighbors, specifically targeting them. >one night the guy sang alone drunk until morning, I guess he was just left alone there by his GF. >they, no joke, moved all of their their furnature around EVERY FUCKING NIGHT, between 9 PM and 3 AM. >during one night of annoying ass door slamming and furniture pushing, I heard glass breaking and her shouting for help. I didn't call the cops, they didn't help me last time, and if her fucking ass gets killed the 2 years of annoyance would be over. >next morning I complained to the landlord, he threw them out INSTANTLY, because he got tired of their shit himself.
>>15429 Sane people don't write those wall of text handwritten marker letters, thats what schizo homeless people do. Otherwise, I can't imagine noone else hears that. If I was that person, I'd record the noise for the police to hear.
>>15490 >They didn't come. how does it even happen? here all calls to the emergency line are recoded and they must react.
>>15492 Grammar and spelling are unusually coherent for a schizo though. >>15490 based crooks > one night I heard glass breaking and her shouting for help I had a similar thing happen above me in the old place, turns out one neighbor had gotten after the other with a knife. He didn't succeed but he did get an attempted murder charge and got kicked out.
In my apartment building there recently was a notice about someone throwing cigarette buds from the balcony and not disposing of trash properly, so there's at least one bydlo other than me
>>15544 > throwing cigarette buds from the balcony never understood such people and not even about littering, which I surely also disapprove of but more about the fire hazard: a gust of wind and voila! the bud lands on a balcony below igniting the junk your neighbours keep there
