These are NOT kino uniforms. The legwarmers look ridiculous.
I like them. The gaiters are nice but my only issue is that I think it would be better if they wore black boots instead of brown ones.
it was a strange time: a transition from the Enlightenment era with its colorful uniforms to the modern khaki designed for the trench warfare basically, from professional armies fighting according to some rules to the mass indiscriminate war
>>15519 Rules and professionalism don't have anything to do with uniform colours and also we still do fight by rules, they are just codified now.
>>15521 >professionalism don't have anything to do with uniform colours you basically had uniforms not masking and hiding but reveling men fighting - it was dishonourable to even bow to the canons shooting at you >they are just codified now codified but nobody cares: bombing civilians indiscriminately, hitting enemy with drones from a bunker afar, shooting missiles from another continent
>>15524 That's due to the technology of the time, it's not because of rules or anything. Due to the fact that they are armed with slow firing weapons they have to mass them together to get as much as they can from them, on top of that loose infantry gets decimated by cavalry. Not sure what you mean by bowing to cannons, but it was important to stay in formation less you get mauled by cavalry. People do care, I am not saying that everybody follows them 100% of the time but in general they do. I don't know if hitting enemies with drones or missiles is a war crime though.
>>15526 >loose infantry gets decimated by cavalry okay, I admit it's a valid point >hitting enemies with drones or missiles is a war crime though it certainly isn't. just kinda dishounorable I'd say.
