IWO would be improved if you said where you went
OP touched grass.
In an episode of Question Time Anythony Albanese told the liberal party to touch grass. It was odd.
>>14851 I don't like when politicians try to act like meme lords.
>>14860 I'm not sure if he was in this case. Often internet language creeps into the vernacular and it might be that.
>>14783 I went to the valley of death. I went to the rocky uphill struggle of life, the kingdom of the demiurge, the spiritual prison where my divine soul is stuck, battered, drained and debased, like a once luxury designer dress now filled with holes and dirty. When I had hardships in my life, I had to carry the weight alone, with none by my side saying "let me share your burden", the few company I had were scammers, scalpers and literal enemies wanting something of me, be it money or energy. When I complained about that, I was told that this is just normal adult human life, you struggle alone, you burn yourself and then you die, remembering a life where you spent 10% of masturbating wildly instead of having good real experiences.
>>14925 >with none by my side saying "let me share your burden" Jesus Christ is saying that to us for all eternities.
I also went to the forest recently overall it was nice to walk in the calm of nature, smell the forest scents but interestingly I saw picrel on many pine trees there: they are collecting sap for use in chemical and furniture production what's even more amazing I met the guy actually doing this. so asked him a few questions about his job. he was very friendly and talkative - I guess it's nice for him to finally have somebody who'd listen to him after wondering in the woods every day. he said he personally has like 3 thousand trees to walk, which he manages in 3 days usually. also, he just does the cuts and puts the cup there, gathering is done by other people. in general it's okayish to do it, but summers are bad with the heat and the mosquitoes and other bugs.
>>15527 Why would someone do that when the wield from south American trees in the tropical zone, such as in Brazil or Venezuela, is way higher and cheaper?
>>15527 I once bought a Russian (?) tree sap softdrink in the international section of my local supermarket. I didn't know they also use the sap for chemical/industrial purposes.
>>15539 >>15543 dunno, but I guess it makes economical sense, as the guy said they have KPIs and shit he also mentioned he gets around 100 g per tree per 3 days. so with 3k trees it's 300 kg of sap per 3 days. with 21 working days it's like 2.1 tons per month. they mainly make turpentine and rosin out of it. I'm not sure about the production ratios but 1 liter of turpentine costs like $3 here. even if the production waste ratio is 50%, you get like $3k of final product. this definitely covers the $500-$1000 wage in this country. and yeah, turpentine is like the cheapest purpose. use for health and beauty products must be way more profitable.
>>15543 Natural rubber is done with it. >>15545 I still don't get it how can it be profitable to produce this in Belarus, when hot climate countries like India, Thailand, etc, produce this in tons while having ultra cheap labour
>>15569 wiki says you need coniferous trees for this also, don't overestimate the economic situation in this country: people try to get whatever job they can - for example, that guy I talked to came from a small village in another region for the season cause he didn't have much to do back home
>>15573 Hiking in Belarus must be so incredible. Sleeping outside. Not having the sun destroying your skin. Green and animals and water and fog and morning dew.
>>15626 >Hiking in Belarus must be so incredible. I personally am not that fond of it. but yeah, when I get the chance, I like to be in the forest. >Sleeping outside. again, not for me. but people do this a lot. in tents mostly. >Green and animals and water and fog and morning dew. this is true. had some business partners come from China, and they were so amazed with the greenery. they said that around Bejing it's only paddies for kilometers, so a real forest is hard to get to.
>>15631 Imagine hiking in a place like this instead.
