I registered myself looking for work with the job center yesterday evening and this morning I already got an appointment, those fuckers are greedy. I'm not even jobless until the end of January.

Why'd you loose yer jerb?
>>13792 >greedy. Uh, what? They want you to stop needing tax money.
>>13793 I have a time limited contract >>13794 Which is greedy, I paid my share so I deserve that money
>>13795 Jobless insurance is a scam, if I would have access the funds I already provided to this and "my" others pension, I could probably already retire.

>>13799 Here unemployment insurance is the biggest scam in the world. To get it, you have to present yourself to the occupational ministry, and go to weekly appointments every Wednesday morning. There they humiliate you, they make you wait hours and hours, they treat you like a subhuman the higher the money you are getting. When I was fired from a tech job in the end of 22, in one of these appointments with the occupational ministry, they literally put me on the phone with a bus company and set an "interview" with me to be a public transportation card inspector. They claimed that if I didn't go to this interview and didn't accept this job, I would count as not seeking work and I would not get the unemployment insurance.
>>13842 That's so stupid. Wouldn't it be much better for the overall economy if tech people worked in tech jobs despite a few weeks or even months unemployment?
>>13799 Fuck, just ran the numbers, and it's true.
>>13844 So you disrespect ticket inspectors? Why are you so arrogant?
Luckily they didn't bother me with that shit during the past few months during unemployment. I only had to present myself once per month at the job center and list a few positions I applied to. No neetbux now (it's limited to a few months) so I'm in the process of applying for various jobbies again. Most of the tech positions pay poorly here (SWE wage at 1.4k euros for example).
>>13854 How do you live without money?
>>13854 Savings. The neetbux was almost my full paycheck so I managed to save up a bit while neeting.
>>14025 To clarify, I had savings from before, it's just that I feel less guilty dipping into savings now that I'm a neet.
Damn I'd only get around 1300€ unemployment benefits
