I was watching this video about life in the Bavarian mountains some days ago and it made me painfully realize how unnatural my life is. I live in a big city, I spend 99% of my time at home, I work in front of a screen. That's not what life is supposed to be about.
>>28955 Welcome to the desert of the real.
>I spend 99% of my time at home just take those damn 2-hour walks at the park
Life is what you make of it.
I could contractually offer you indentured servitude with the prospect of, let's see, nothing. Seems to me we both would be happier then, you get to work a backbreaking and humiliating jerb while I get the dividends you don't need.
Le drinking coffee to then sit in front of a screen for 9 hours lifestyle
>>28971 No, your life is what other people make of it during your vulnerable years
You Rousseau-pilled yourself congrats. I have same thoughts.
It's okay. Human brains are very adaptable and has already adapted to the city environment.
I love the Bavarian the narrator is speaking.
I think the natural environment for people is to be around a fairly large group of people. Not entirely without nature, mind you. There are parks and house plants and steet trees and pets for that if you live in a city. I sometimes wonder how bad it would be to live on a space station or ship without any of these things.
>>29056 Next you gonna tell me we need to share our belongings with said group of people. Especially when we own a larger share of all.
>>29056 You can get indoor plants and a cat on your space ship. Very cosy.
>>29056 >a fairly large group of people Yeah, like 30-60, not x1000(000).
>>29239 This ain't Alien, dude.
>>29252 ??? I never watched that.
>>29246 Yeah, that's what I meant. A very extended family or small tribe or village or something. Larger evidently works, too, but has a few known problems.
